Q: HOW CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION?

A: You can make a reservation by using our online booking system available 24/7 access or by calling/texting us at (626) 712-4665 during our regular business hours, which are 7 days a week.

Q: CAN I PICK UP THE ITEMS AT YOUR WAREHOUSE?

A: Absolutely, Not. We are a mobile delivery service model only. The only exceptions are those we are affiliated with other local vendors we have had a working relationship with or a major corporation event for multiple days, weeks, or months. We do welcome our customers to stop by our warehouse if you wish to see our inventory selection. Please call or text to schedule your walk in. We have yet to update our warehouse location.

Q: DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE SETUP AND DELIVERY?

A: No, the price does not include delivery fees. Additional fees may apply for areas outside our local delivery zone. Delivery fees are for roundtrips it does not include setup nor takedown for the items. We only setup & breakdown for inflatables and canopy/tent rentals.

Q: DO YOU DELIVER TO OTHER CITIES?

A: Yes, we do deliver to other cities. However, please note that additional fees may apply for deliveries outside of our local area.

Q: HOW LONG IS THE RENTAL PERIOD?

A: Rental periods typically range from the morning up until 5 pm during our spring/summer seasons and up to 4 pm during our fall/winter season. If you wish to make it an all day rental just book the items for overnight or contact us for special or detailed booking times. Let us know your required duration, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Q: WHEN WILL YOU DELIVER AND SET UP THE RENTAL UNIT?

A: Delivery and setup timing depend on our schedule for the day. Generally, we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. In cases of heavy bookings, we may set up the day before at no extra charge, up to our best discretion.

Q: DO YOU CLEAN AND DISINFECT YOUR RENTAL UNITS?

A: Absolutely! We take pride in providing clean, reliable rental units. Each unit is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before and after every use to ensure your party starts with a pristine environment.

Q: WHY DO YOU CHARGE A CLEANING FEE IF PETS GO ONTO THE INFLATABLES OR ANY RENTAL ITEM OR THEIR BODILY FLUIDS ARE ON YOUR ITEMS?

A: Well for many biohazard & hygienic purposes. We also take a good while in ensuring our items are cleaned and disinfected you wouldn't like to have your rental items having a foul odor or presentation.

Q: WHAT DOES THE CANOPY RENTAL INCLUDE?

A:When you're booking a canopy rental with us it requires professional experts. No Worries! We take care of the canopy setup & takedown so you do not have to worry about the installation. The rental includes our setup, takedown and the top part of the canopy. Side walls are not included but you're more than welcome to add them for $15 each or window sidewalls for $40 each. Delivery will be added when you're booking online based on the information provided.

Q: CAN MARKY'S PARTY RENTAL STAFF MOVE ITEMS AROUND?

A: No, to avoid conflict & any potential liability issue we respectfully decline to move any personal items or items around. We made have a policy you can check on the link below this page & in case things are in the way we will come back at our earliest connivence we ask customers to have everything ready & cleared out the way to ensure a smooth delivery & timing.

Q: WHY DO YOU REQUIRE DEPOSITS?

A: Yes we require a 50% deposits or payments to be paid upfront. Deposits are made to hold ourselves and customers accountable for the booking date please see our cancellation policy below.

Q: WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY BOOKING?

At Marky's Party Rentals, we understand that plans can change. We strive to be flexible and accommodating to ensure your satisfaction. However, to protect our business and ensure fairness to all our customers, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Timeline and Fees:

  • Cancellations 14 Days or More Before the Event:

    • No Charge: You may cancel your reservation without any penalty. We will provide a full refund of any deposits or payments made (minus the processing fee).

  • Cancellations 7 to 13 Days Before the Event:

    • 50% Cancellation Fee: We will refund 50% of your deposit or payment. The remaining 50% will be retained as a cancellation fee to cover preparation and opportunity costs.

  • Cancellations Less Than 7 Days Before the Event:

    • 100% Cancellation Fee: The full amount of the deposit or payment will be retained as a cancellation fee due to the short notice and the likelihood of being unable to rebook the equipment.


2. Changes to Reservations:

  • Modifications 7 Days or More Before the Event:

    • You may modify your reservation (e.g., changing the package, increasing or decreasing the number of items) without penalty, subject to availability.

  • Modifications Less Than 7 Days Before the Event:

    • Modifications may be subject to additional fees, depending on the nature and extent of the changes. We will do our best to accommodate your needs but cannot guarantee availability.

3. Force Majeure:

If your event is canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond your control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or extreme weather conditions), we will work with you to reschedule your event at a later date. If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide a full credit toward a future event, depending on the situation. You will have 12 months from your original booking date to use your credit with us.

4. Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the cancellation request, depending on the payment method used.


5. No-Show Policy:

If you fail to cancel and do not show up on the event date, the full amount of the reservation will be charged, and no refunds will be issued.
